Oskar and Partners consulting company is leader in providing services and trainings in Morocco and Africa for Merchant, fishing and offshore vessels.

Our services are recognised throughout the maritime industry for their excellence preparation, and execution, meeting the high demands of our customers.

Based in Morocco and with our partners in Europe, we have many years of experience working with a wide variety

of vessels: small fishing vessels, pelagic vessels, high speed craft vessels, tankers and RoRo-passenger vessels.

Our services are available in Morocco, Mauritania, Senegal and generally in all West Africa.

Our tailor made trainings are prepared and offered to our clients basing on their needs and years of experience of our trainers with classification societies.

Our range of activity includes technical management, crew management, quality management, dry docking assistance, purchase and sale survey, and other services at our client’s request.
